The second plugin to be installed is Xili Language
This plugin is particularly important if you want a multilingual website. xili-language lets you create and manage multilingual WP site in several languages with yours or most famous localizable themes. There might be suggestion for some other plugins along with Xili language and it is advisable to do the same. Select Hindi as default language.
While using this plugin, it might be required to download a .mo file for Hindi language. The site provide step by step and detailed description for the same.
